Warm greetings to my fellow Lancers. I married my wife, Rachel, almost 5 years ago. She's a SM West grad but somehow we make it work well. We live in prime Lancer country, Old Leawood, and we have two hilarious, energetic, challenging kids: Mason is 3 1/2, Lucy is 2. I have stayed in close touch with a few 89ers (including Lisa Porter Reeves - thanks to Amy Sopyla Gordon for the shot of us at the Glenwood back in the day) and come across many who have stayed in the area. After graduating from Oklahoma Christian with a BS in Electrical Engineering, I married Amy Briar from the thriving tourist trap of Canon City, CO, and we moved to Tulsa, OK. We lived in Tulsa for 6 years, and then moved to Denver for a quick 11 months before settling back in KC in 2002. We live in OP and have 2 beautiful girls, Carly (10) and Riley (6).

Like everyone else, I can't believe it has been 20 years!  I went to KU and graduated with a degree in nursing, worked for a few years then went to UMKC for my master's in nursing.  I have worked as a nurse practitioner at Children's Mercy Hospital in downtown Kansas City for the last 9 years and love it.  I met my husband through mutual friends and we have 2 kids who are the joys in our lives.  Bridget is 2 and Conner is 5 months.

I don't feel old enough to be out of school twenty years.  
Let's see -SMEAST sent me to Cosmetology school my senior year, graduated from high school and two weeks later from cosmetology school.  
Meet a Bishop Ward man (Rob) and got married. We've been married 18yrs now.. We live in Manhattan, Ks with three kids Emma 13, Sadie 9 and Ethan 4yrs.
We keep very busy with both girls in traveling soccer and little guy just starting.  Coached my older daughter's team for four years, and now my younger U9 daughter's team.  Keeps us very busy, but we have loads of fun doing it!
 Haven't decided about going to the reunion or not but it's been fun reading about everyone.

From SME, I went and got an engineering degree from Iowa State and travelled around the country with several different companies.  After over twenty moves in ten years, I got tired of moving and someone else setting my priorities for me.  So, I started my own business.  During an engineering job in Ohio, I met my wife, Deanna.  We've been married almost twelve years and we have two girls (Camryn-8 and Ellie-6).  We have sunk our roots outside of Louisville, KY.  We have a bunch of friends and a great church.  But I still have family in K.C., so we are there to visit a couple of times each year.  I am looking forward to seeing everyone in June!
