So, after much ado, here it is:
I met a Canadian who was “passing through town” in 1993 and married him in 1996. He’s still here, we’re still in love, and he still hasn’t paid me for that green card. Chris and I have two adorable & crazy boys, Cooper (8) and Carson (6), who are gearing up to be 3rd generation Lancers!
After several years of event planning, I just started a business: Voices In Time – doing audio recordings of people’s life stories. It’s been an amazing and educational process and such a privilege to help people capture the voices and the stories of their loved ones.
I can’t believe that 20 years ago we could find an open field, throw a keg over barbed wire & and host a party – wasn’t that at 129th & Nall – which is probably an over developed shopping area now? So excited to see everyone! My parents will be in town, so if we crash their house for a party we’ll have to sneak out when we go TP Perry’s house… |

Peter works at the Mayo Clinic and I get to do the cool mom stuff like volunteering and homework. I am very involved with a national ministry for medical spouses, Side By Side. I miss KC and visit as often as we get the chance. We watch every KU basketball game....thank goodness for Dish Network! |

Physically....well, that's another story. I am married to Chris (Rockhurst grad '86) who is an attorney for the EPA and we have 2 boys, Mac (6) and Charlie (3 in May). After many years of making jewelry and waiting tables, I went corporate. I've been working for J.P. Morgan for almost 10 years! Haven't changed much since highschool - I live about 7 mins from where I grew up and 2 mins from our Alma Mater. Oh yeah - and those girls I ran around with in highschool.....still see them weekly if not more than that! I'm looking forward to the reunion this summer! Here's mine; after a few years of school and boredom, I summoned the courage to head out west to Jackson Hole, WY, where I spent the next 9 years working seasonally as a ski group coordinator in the winter and a landscaper in the summer. The high cost of living, my inability to grow tomatoes in an alpine climate, and oh yeah, a man, brought me to Boston. I married Keith, switched to a career in banking, and have an exceptionally adorable two year old girl, Brenna. We live with our two dogs, cat, and two ducks.
