My life is going very well right now. I'm Married to my best friend Robert (14 years) and we have 3 BEAUTIFUL girls Stephanie-17, Kristen-12 and Ashley-10. Stephanie acutally graduates this year so we have been busy with her. Kristen has done everything from girl scouts, cheerleading and gymnastics. Ashley has started modeling but has taken a break from that. I am running our wholesale/distribution company in which we just started 1 1/2 years ago. Keeping busy enjoying life and anything our girls throw at us. :)

  Hi to all! It is hard to believe it has been 20 years! I hope this finds everyone well. I have been married for 15 years and have 3 children-Jake-12, Ryan-8 1/2 and Henry-2. Henry was a nice surprise..:) We live in Old Leawood and with my company Childbirth Choices, Inc., I teach childbirth classes. I am an RN and got my BSN from KU med. I have seen fellow Lancers while walking at Franklin Park and working out at the Y. Always when I look the loveliest..HaHa. Hopefully I will clean up by the reunion. See you then!

Hi all, After college at Northern Illinois University, I made my way to Thailand to marry my college sweetheart. We lived in Bangkok for two years and came back to the U.S. with a newborn son (now 14 yrs old) just before I started law school at Cornell University. After graduation and a few days before taking the NY bar exam my second son was born (he's now 11). We planted ourselves in the DC area in 1997 where I worked for six years as a corporate and securities lawyer at an international law firm, then worked for five years at the Securities and Exchange Commission. I am now an Assistant Director in the Office of International Affairs at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. See you in June!

Hello fellow Lancers! I, too, can hardly believe 20 years have come and gone! It is so interesting to hear from everyone, and thanks to the committee for getting this together. I went on to KSU. I spent my first year after college in Szeged, Hungary with Campus Crusade for Christ. I continued to work with CCC at Mizzou. I met my husband, Mike, (who is from Pennsylvania) while working in Ocean City, New Jersey. We married (August 1999) and have lived in Orlando, Florida and Charlotte, North Carolina. Today we are back in the Midwest, and I am now developing my love for KU as Mike pursues his PhD in philosophy. I am entertained at home by Rachel (6), Miriam (4), and Benjamin (2). Also, I have a business in Kansas City geared toward families: TimesTwoKC: Kansas City's Choice for Kids Consignment. Join us or at least come by to say 'Hello'. Wow 20 years. My wife and I own a residential remodeling company that is now in its 7th year. We cater to Hallbrooke, Leawood, Dear Creek, Mission Hills, PV... You get the idea. My wife is Heather Jarvis-Smith, also a former Lancer - class of 92. We spend most our time chasing our two Girls around: Maddison Christina (4) and Sophia Grace (6 months).  Other than that we don't have much of a life.  Those of you with Children already know.

WOW...can't believe it has been 20 years since we walked the halls at SME.  It has been an eventful 20 years.  Graduated from KU and held a few jobs before landing at 3M.  I am a sales manager in their automotive division.  We make products for the collision/mechanical shop industry.  Funny how karma works.  I used to poke fun at the guys that took auto shop class.  Now those guys help me make a living....sorry fellas.  

I have lived in Las Vegas for 9 of the last 12 years.  I have a 9 year old daughter, Abby.  Being a dad is the best job ever.  Although sometimes it feels more like I am a taxi driver.  She has a busier social schedule than I do.  Between soccer, swimming, school and birthday parties, it's no wonder I am still single.  No complaints though.

Look forward to the summer reunion.  Thanks to all that have put this together.

It's been a long time! Since high school....well I've been married 15 years. I have two kids. Sydney's 10 and plays competitive soccer. Brett's 7 and he plays everything. I have a crazy dog named Scout. And I went back to teaching last year after staying home for 7yrs. It's been a wild ride so far, but I sure am enjoying it!

I live in KC with my husband Rick (fellow '89er at SME).  We have a brilliant daughter Alison, who is a scary combination of the two of us.  I went to KU for about as long as any one person should, but came out with a double major and a master's in audiology (hearing science-- always a nerd).  I am currently keeping myself sane by playing in a bluegrass band called the Highwater String Band-- look for us on the web and MySpace (yes, I do realize I'm too old to have a MySpace page, but I'm not a creep).

I live near Washington, DC, with my husband, Dan, and 2 year old son, Julian.  I work from home part time managing three clients and am a full time mom otherwise.  We like to travel, take in the free DC museums, and goof around with our son.  Dan is a good complement to me:  short to my tall, cool to my nerd.  He even plays guitar in a band.  I've been called an "urban hippie" - we recycle a lot and don't watch much TV.  Enjoy our dorky family photo and see you next June!
