After SME I went to KU..Graduated in 1994, lived in KC for 6 years and then moved to Bozeman, Montana.  Loved the Montana lifestyle and lived there for 5 years.  Ended up moving to Spokane, WA  in 2005 for a new job opportunity and lived there for almost 4 years.  After long distance dating for 2 years I married Bethany (Eckinger) King,  the love of my life, in December of 2006.  She had been living in Chicago for the previous 9 years.  We liked the long distance thing so much that we lived apart (she in Chicago, me in WA) for the next 6 months.  (Still following this?)  I finally convinced her into leaving a great job in a great city and to move to Spokane, WA.  Turns out she liked it so much that after 1 year we decided on a move to Denver, CO.  No children, one yellow lab named Betty and are enjoying the Colorado lifestyle.  Where next???

After finally graduating from KU, I settled in KC for a number of years working for Barkley & Evergreen PR (now just Barkley).  While there I had the opportunity to dabble a little in sports, NASCAR to be specific.  While I was never a race fan, the lure of sports marketing was too much to resist. 

In 2002 I moved to North Carolina to work for a NASCAR and IRL team.  I've been with my second team for the past 5+ years and enjoy the team atmosphere.

The best part of my career is that it brought me to NC where I met and married my best friend, Chris.  While there are no children yet (we've only been married 18 months), we are happy chasing our one-year-old doodle named Norman around the yard.

We miss the Midwest (Chris is orginally from Wisconsin) and hope to move back some day.

I don't think we will make it to the reunion as we will likely be in Michigan that weekend watching cars drive fast, turn left.  I hope everyone has a great time.  It's been fun catching up through everyone's posts.

After high school, I went to the Unversity of Wisconsin-Madison.  After living in Costa Rica for awhile, I went to law school at Columbia Law School where I met my wife on the first day of classes.  I am now a partner at a law firm in New York City, where I practice corporate law.  I live in Brooklyn with my wife Salome Galib and our children Salma (6), Yamila (4) and Santiago (2).

After graduating from Texas Christian University, I came back to Kansas (Wichita) where I met my amazing wife (Kristen). Against her better judgement, she said "I do" and proceeded to follow me through several re-locations. We moved back to Leawood 3 years ago and love seeing the old classmates. We have 3 wonderful daughters - Amy 5 / Megan 4 / Jane 2. I work for MillerCoors as a National Acct Exec. Looking foward to seeing every one this June. Thanks Jen for coordinating everything!

After graduating from MU with an accounting degree, I worked for three years in public accounting at KPMG Peat Marwick.  Then I worked for three years as a Financial Analyst at Hallmark Cards.  I quit work in 2000 when our first daughter was born.  Now I am mostly a stay-at-home mom.  I also work part-time from home as an independent contractor doing scheduling and event planning.

 

I have been married to my wonderful husband, Paul ('90 Rockhurst HS grad), for 13 years.  We have two amazing daughters - Annie (age 8 1/2) and Emily (age 5 1/2).  We live in south Overland Park.

It's hard to believe that 20 years can fly by so fast!  After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Accounting/Economics, I returned to Overland Park for several years and worked for KPMG Peat MarwicK and Sprint. I then went back to school and got my MBA in Finance.  

I married my husband, Leo, in 1996 and we moved to Witchita.  After 2 years, we realized we weren't cut out for small town life and moved to Denver.  We have been here for the last 10 years and absolutely love it!!  We have 2 amazing boys that we adore, Andrew (7) and Matthew (5).  In Denver, I worked for First Data until our second son was born and have been staying at home since 2004. 

I hope to be able to make it back to KC for the reunion!  It would be awesome to see everyone again!

Hello!  It's hard to believe it's been nearly 20 years!  After SME...  I graduated from K-State in '93.  I married a fellow wildcat Dirk Smith in '94 and moved to Dallas.   We've been in this area ever since.  Currently we live in Keller,TX.  We have 2 children - Ashley (10) and Cameron (8).  After staying home with my kids for the last 9 years, I went back to work last year as a preschool teacher. I do come back to KC now and then b/c my parents are still here.  Look forward to the reunion in the summer!
